I had quite an experience last week on Wednesday when it started raining heavily from basement bathroom ceiling in the middle of the night. Apparently the water was from washing machine that ran at a time. My plumber diagnosed sewer line blockage but couldn't help me since he doesn't perform this kind of jobs. I called plumbing emergency service and they tried to unclog the drain, but it turns out that the problem is more serious and they need to dig a hole and make repairs to the pipe. They said they can do it on Monday. I didn't want to live without using water for so long. I called several plumbing services and had them come in, give me estimates and their availability. Mr. Rooter sent a wonderful duo, brother and sister, Katrina and Zayne. Their estimate was exactly a HALF of other companies and they could start right away!!!! I can't say enough about Zayne and Katrina! In about 4 hours the job was finished and we could use water and bathrooms in our house again! They literally saved us! Zayne even replaced wax seal in one of the toilets for free. It's so hard to find an honest company that won't overcharge you and stands by their work. In addition to great work, Mr. Rooter offered very generous warranty and payment financing option. Thank you very much Mr. Rooter, Zayne and Katrina!

We had a pipe burst behind an extremely thick concrete slab foundation wall, and had to call Mr. Rooter at 10:30 on a Friday night to come take a look at it. Alex shut off the water and told us he'd be there at 8:00 the next morning with a crew of folks to see what could be done. They got there right on time and decided the best course of action would be to replace the pipe from the street up to the house. Over the course of eight hours they removed the old pipe and installed the new one—all through two relatively small holes in our property, rather than one large trench or a hole in our foundation—and even replaced the concrete they had to tear up. It was a job done well by a crew of friendly people working on extremely short notice. I can't speak highly enough of the job they did, and I'd happily recommend them to someone else looking for service in this area.

They had a plumber out quickly! He arrived right on time and was professional and so fast! I had one of those repairs that I could theoretically learn to do on YouTube, but it would have taken all day. And if you get it wrong, it can be a disaster and waaay more expensive. I have a weird old house where the previous owners did confusing DIY repairs, I am NOT gambling on the plumbing being normal! If you can hire a pro, it's worth it. Mr. Nayda was in and out in twenty minutes at most. The necessary parts were already on the truck. No fuss, and the parts are under warranty in case something happens. I'll definitely call again if I need a plumber.
